News Update

There has been no update for a few weeks as I was struggling to think of anything positive to say about the Creed fishing. However, last week we actually had a half decent flood which cleared the weed and took most of the peat stain out of the water. This resulted in the best week of the year with a mixture of fresh fish and coloured salmon taken the lengh of the system. If the higher river levels continue, I am confident of a good Septembers salmon fishing on the Creed. The sea trout run this year appears to have been reasonable with good numbers taken from both Ois and Clachan. Langavat continues to fish well this season with club members boating up to three salmon per day as well as numerous brown trout. The boat on Fhir Mhaoil is being well utilised andon most trips salmon are being taken. So, at last things are improving!
